Our 20cm gratin pan has low, gently flared sides to promote the browning of cheese or breadcrumbs atop gratin recipes. Performs well on the hob as a convenient double handled frying pan, as well as fulfilling its primary purpose in the oven. The nature of the solid copper body provides even heat distribution and thermal conductivity, giving you greater control of temperature regulation. The stainless steel interior ensures pure flavour intensity. With its two cast iron loop handles complimenting the brushed surfaces, a feature unique to Falk products, this gratin is beautiful enough to use as a serving piece on your table.
