Copper Pot au Feus

Pot-au-feu is a famous French dish made with boiled beef and vegetables, usually served as two courses: first the broth and then the solid ingredients. Our solid copper pot of the same name is perfect to cook that dish in, along with any other type of slow-cooked stew or casserole which requires perfect temperature control for an extended period of time. Available in 20cm and 24cm sizes.
