Though there are many stainless, clad, copper-disc bottomed, and enamelled cast-iron casseroles in my kitchen, this one is the best. I've now used it for soup, frying and boiling, and it's replaced all the others. If you only had a single pot to cook in, then this would be the one. As usual, the service from Falk was excellent. The order was taken and the product shipped right away. I was using it two days later.
