Ok, they're not the most affordable, but they're certainly of the very highest standard. These utensils will be around for a very, very long time. I acquired the introductory saucier and it revolutionised my cooking. The heat is distributed so evenly that it is very hard to burn your creations, food simply does not catch. As with all Falk's pan it is well made, robust - you know it will last you years! I love the size of this pan, great for risotto's for 4, sautéing Kale with garlic and chilli. Just a good all rounder it's size suitable for so many purposes
