Classical Range 28cm Copper Sauté Pan with Cast Iron Handle and Helper Handle

"Fantastically Versatile"

I can’t imagine a better cooking experience. The brushed surface is a delight. The quality of fond I’ve been achieving with this sauté pan is unreal. It’s not excessively big but by no means small, so I get to use it really frequently. Clean up is remarkably easy. Looking forward to making focaccia too!

Personally not won over by the Falk lids as the handles are so small, you can’t see the contents and it’s more copper to look after and maintain, so I bought a Le Cruset oven safe see through lid and it fits a charm. The helper handle is a must given the weight, and also makes cleaning up even easier.

"Excellent Sauté Pan"

The copper sauté pan is a large heavy pan that is just what I was after, it is a delight to cook with and due to the level of heat control it has the cooking is even across the pan area. Meat does not stick but it is easy to take it to a nice caramelised state. The pans are made to last a lifetime (or two) so excellent quality and robustness. Highly recommended!

The quality is excellent and they were absolutely thrilled with it's performance! This is a gift that will last a lifetime. Would highly recommend to anyone that is inclined to cooking with high quality and reliable kitchen cooking sets. If copper is good enough for the Queen's kitchen, it's good enough for us and Falk makes the best product.

I am delighted to write a review for my new copped pans. Having looked for such pans for a while I discovered these Falk pans advertised in a Sainsbury magazine and sent for a whole set. These pans are pricey but well worth the money. They look beautiful they are very striking in my new kitchen and I'm extremely pleased with there performance. If I have anything negative to say it's that they're quite heavy. I would highly recommend these pants. I would also say the company are excellent to deal with and give an excellent customer service....to them I say thank you.

Just purchased this 28cm pan
It worked well, on a 15cm gas ring, initially gently heating the whole pan, then steaming the clams with vigorous heat
Cu conducted heat to the extremities, stainless interior made it easy to clean
