I have been buying Falk pans for my son who is a chef, for the last ten years or so. He has a wonderful collection and what is even more fantastic is that they will last a lifetime!!! The first one I bought still looks new and has been used hundreds of times. A very very good investment.

For an individual sauce or a small amount of melted butter. I bought for boiling 1 egg and it is a bit smaller and more shallow than I expected so not sure whether it will work for my primary purpose, but very cute!

This little Gem, I have used for serving warmed mustards and infusing Saffron with that exotic flair for the unusual.
Small but unique.
Would recommend to anyone who thinks they have everything (copper vessel)
