Every piece of Falk Culinair cookware is handcrafted in Belgium to professional standards, and we stand behind that quality with a comprehensive lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
What's Covered
Your Falk Culinair cookware is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. A manufacturing defect is any fault in the materials or workmanship that was present at the time of delivery, whether visible immediately or discovered later through normal use.
If a genuine manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace your cookware at no charge.
What's Not Covered
Like any premium cookware used in demanding culinary environments, Falk cookware will show honest signs of use over time. The following are not considered manufacturing defects and fall outside warranty coverage:
Normal wear and tear from regular cooking
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accident
Damage resulting from use inconsistent with our Care & Use Instructions
Modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than Falk Culinair
Discoloration or marking of stainless steel linings caused by salt crystals
Discoloration or patina on copper exteriors caused by oxidation, heat exposure, or dishwasher use
Copper naturally develops character with use - this is a hallmark of authentic copper cookware, not a defect.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Before returning any item, please contact us first. In many cases we can assess the issue from photographs alone, saving you time and postage.
If we do require the product for inspection, please package it securely to prevent damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for items damaged during return shipping.
Your warranty is valid only with proof of purchase. If you bought your Falk cookware from an authorized retailer rather than directly from us, please contact that retailer to arrange any return, exchange, or refund.
Your Statutory Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
