Its just a delight to cook with - after 37 years in catering I get excited about my new Falk pan.

This pan arrived roughly 36 hours after ordering (it would have been quicker had I not ordered at an unsociable hour). Knowing it was coming, I put it to immediate use, making a small yield - one egg yolk - hollandaise, for which this pan is perfect. In fact I haven't found a copper saucier this size anywhere else. I'd highly recommend this pan particularly for any small yield sauces that require whisking, and falk for their second to none service.
