The most useful pan I've ever owned, perfect for salmon, cook skin side down to crisp then use a lid to poach and fully cook the top without turning over. Always moist never dry.

The pan is perfect for frying and the size is just excellent. But there is one thing that I want to highlight and I did not know upfront. Handles get hot while using the pan for a longer period as well and this can be somehow challanging. I expected this kind of behavior obviously while using in the oven but did not expect it to happen on the stove.
