"Versatility at it's best"
A very well made pan. Nice and hefty! It has been vital for making soups, large stews for freezing, pot roasts, and even jam! The fact that it can also fit into the oven, and can be used for serving is a real plus.It really is a lovely pan.

"One of the best kitchen tools I own."
The heating on this pan is even, consistent and I make the best chicken stew and curry. My favorite pan.

"One pan to rule all pans"
I bought this pan hoping for it to be one pan that can replace a number of pans in my collection. So far, it has done just that in a space of a few weeks. I have seared steak in it, made soup, sautéed onions, braised a whole mutton leg, roasted a chicken and veg and I have also used it as a stock pot for making a big batch of stock. For me, it is absolutely the best pan I have. The base is wide enough to make it an effective frying pan while the sides are shallow enough to allow evaporation. Conversely, the walls are tall enough to give the pot a good volume to allow for braises, stock making and batch cooking for things like Chilli Con Carne. I use this for almost everything. It has replaced my carbon steel frying pan, my stock pot and my stainless steel wok. I think only my dedicated crepe pan and smaller sauce pans will survive my kitchen cull. Others have commented on the copper, but I hope I have given an idea of how versatile the shape of this (32cm) pan is.

"Sleek, perfect pan lid"
What can you say about a pan lid other than its exactly what I hoped it was, fitting and flat but it completes my new beautiful pan.
