I bought this pan in the sales having had my eye on it for awhile. It was well worth the wait and the money. Like my other Falk pans, this is the perfect combination of form and function. Not only does it look beautiful, it conducts heat beautifully. I haven't used another saucepan since receiving this one.The only thing to be aware of is that, like all Falk pans, this one is pretty robust and heavy

"A really convenient pan size"

We have two of these and they are great “workhorses” around the kitchen. Like all these pans we really have had no problems cleaning the inside - an occasional soak then no problem. I would mention the advice is not to leave salt solutions standing in the pan.

Regarding the outside of the plan the manufacturer recommends a specific cleaner : it works brilliantly!

I purchased the 20cm pan. I'm really happy with it. The pan cooks evenly and I don't need to use as much heat as before. The flavour of the sauces are better too, must be the copper.
All in all I'm very happy with my purchase.
