Classical Range 28cm Copper Frying Pan with Cast Iron Handle

"Excellent pan"

Bought this pan following a trial with a saucier. I am not disappointed. It cooks fast and well. Needs to be prepared in accordance with the instructions and only cleaned with hot water which removes the burnt on bits easily. was that impressed I bought a set of pans all of which do an excellent job.

"Perfect pan, poor packaging"

We have a number of Falk pans. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will continue to add to our collection. They are beautifully crafted and are an utter delight to cook with. My only issue was with the 28cm pan I recently ordered online for my wife’s birthday. The packaging was inadequate and on delivery the box looked as if the couriers had been kicking it around the warehouse, and the pan handle was protruding well outside of the box. For such a high value and carefully crafted item, please bear in mind the lack of care your couriers provide during transit.

"Falk 28cm Copper Frying Pan"

A very nicely made frying pan. Heats up very quickly so I think we use less gas. Quite heavy and of course the handle gets hot. Overall an excellent frying pan of the highest quality.
