This is the most versatile roasting pan. Brilliant for roasting Sunday lunch chicken with veggies surrounding it in the oven and then on the stove for the gravy.

Will be wonderful for making pies, lasagne etc for a large group whenever we can have a group again!!

The finish on the copper is just beautiful.

This is just about my dream roasting pan. It is the perfect size for a standard 60cm wide oven and is solid enough to last a lifetime. I have purchased several other pieces of cookware in the past and have never been disappointed.

perfect size and depth for a full rib of beef, large joints of pork and lamb, we slow roast on our BBQ with this pan, even on Chrismas Day, it's just so strong with safe handles and it's a good weight so it doesn't buckle. Looks great and easy to clean, keeps warm too
