This is a great pan and extremely versatile. I've used this pan as a frypan and as a roasting dish with equal success. The 28cm size is also very versatile as I have used it to cook for 2 and for 6 people without issue. Being a 'Signature' dish, I should also mention that the stainless steel handles have coped well in all cases and look fantastic.

È una padella fantastica ed estremamente versatile. L'ho utilizzata sia come padella che come teglia da forno con ottimi risultati. Anche la dimensione da 28 cm è molto versatile, poiché l'ho utilizzata per cucinare per 2 e per 6 persone senza alcun problema. Trattandosi di un prodotto della linea "Signature", devo anche sottolineare che i manici in acciaio inossidabile hanno funzionato bene in tutti i casi e hanno un aspetto fantastico.

Lovely pan. The ear handles mean that I can use this as easily in the oven as on the hob; they also make the pan very easy to lift. So this pan is a frying pan, a gratin pan, a roasting pan, a pan for browning chops or a joint before putting the whole lot in the oven. Splendid.

Padella fantastica. Grazie ai manici a orecchio, posso usarla sia sul fornello che nel forno; inoltre, rendono la padella molto facile da sollevare. I bought this quite recently but already have made full use of it both as a frypan and in the oven as a roasting and baking dish. The two loop handles make it very versatile, and personally I find it much easier to manage that a single long-handle on a frypan of this size. It's very easy to clean and It goes without saying that copper is brilliant for controlling heat. Very happy with this purchase, and I'm sure it will get a lot of use over the years.

L'ho acquistata da poco, ma l'ho già utilizzata sia come padella che come teglia da forno per arrostire e cuocere al forno. I due manici ad anello lo rendono molto versatile e, personalmente, lo trovo molto più facile da maneggiare rispetto a una padella di queste dimensioni con un unico manico lungo. È molto facile da pulire e, inutile dirlo, il rame è ottimo per controllare il calore. Sono molto soddisfatta di questo acquisto e sono sicura che lo userò molto negli anni a venire.
