I purchased this primarily for the oven however I tried it out as a frying pan for a laugh. Does a fantastic job, so if you're thinking about frying pans AND Au Gratin pans, you only need the one. Fries and goes in the oven.

And it's great for serving Baltis in. Gasps of amazement from people I had over, and I don't think it was the Balti (although, given that it was cooked in a Falk saucepan, it may well have been)

L'ho acquistata principalmente per il forno, ma l'ho provata anche come padella per divertimento. Funziona benissimo, quindi se state pensando di acquistare una padella E una pirofila, vi basterà questa. Frigge e va in forno.

Ed è ottima per servire i balti. Gli ospiti sono rimasti a bocca aperta, e non credo fosse per il balti (anche se, dato che era stato cucinato in una casseruola Falk, potrebbe benissimo essere stato quello).
