"Great Saucier Pan"

Great little pan for a whole host of different types of food. I've used it non-stop since it arrived and can't imagine I'll stop any time soon. Delivery was efficient and I would definitely recommend Falk pans to everyone.

After lots of research I settled on Falk Culinair copper pans, but the reality of the price led me to order this 18cm saucier on the introductory offer to try them out for myself. What great pans. This one in particular is perfect for that little sauce or gravy to accompany your meal, or warming through left-over casserole or risotto. It washes well and the brushed copper exterior looks fab even after many uses and washes. I've now ordered three more pieces and there's a fourth I have my eye on when I've saved up a bit!

Beautiful design, workmanship, oozes quality and is superb for cooking scrambled eggs in particular.

I am a far easterner and a very keen cook. I recently found out about falk cullinair copperware and am amazed with the ability of Falk copperware pans. this small pan is useful for making sauce. I will definitely save up to complete my falk copperware pans collection! :-)

This is the first piece of copper cookware I own and I am delighted with my purchase. It is very well made and I know it will last me a lifetime. It is also beautiful to look at and very attractive on my kitchen shelf. Most importantly however it is a pleasure to cook with, heating evenly so nothing is getting stuck or burned on the bottom. I also find the interior very easy to clean. I can't wait to invest in my next piece.

Bought this saucier as a test piece as we had never used copper pans before. What a revalation, its build to last for generations. Build like a tank but really responsive to heat changes. Were so impressed that we have already purchased a frying pan and will be buying more.

"My little helper"

I bought this pan instead of my old milk pan and have been using it lots and not only to heat up the milk. The perfect size of the pan makes a great piece for cooking small meals for my toddler. It's also pretty light (compared to biggest copper pieces) and extremely versatile.
