I bought this pan for my son as a Christmas present and he was absolutely delighted.

"Such a useful everyday pan....."

Made a superb bread sauce and also cranberry sauce with cherry brandy in it at Christmas and it was nothing short of excellent. I took it off the heat to let the spices for the bread sauce infuse and it still kept warm and produced a great result!! Have also used it for heating/warming through soups etc...such a versatile piece. Thanks Faulk Culinair. Customer service is exemplary and sets a standard that is rarely seen.

An excellent quality saucepan. Once heated it will retain the temperature of your sauce or gravy. I hope to add more to my collection soon.

This is my first piece of Culinaire and I am not disappointed. It performs better than I could have expected, so far for various sauces, scrambled eggs and creamed spinach. Perfect results every time. It retains the heat really well and cooks evenly.

I bought the "Try me" Saucier Pan because I wanted to try the quality of the product and let me say that the food doesn't stick to the pan, heats up quickly and the food is ready in less time as well the taste of the food is delicious my kids eat everything. Now I am planning to buy more products in order to have a full set of copper cookware.

"Versatile little workhorse"

I use this pan pretty much on a daily basis, its so versatile. Anything from Béchamel sauce to baked beans or soft scrambled egg. Its easy to clean and a quick scrub with the scotchbrite pad makes it look like new again. I bought this as part of the "try me" special offer along with two other pans and a lid. Very satisfied with it, and will most certainly be adding to my growing collection!

I've always loved copper pans, but until I found Falk they always had an air of the 'unobtainable' due to price and practicality. Well this year, I decided to take the plunge, and I'm SO GLAD I did! This saucier pan has become my new kitchen favourite! Not only does it look beautiful; it also renders the more complex recipes an absolute breeze due to its superb cooking performance and heat control. Hollandaise, bearnaise - all suddenly a piece of cake. I've even been able to mix up 'crystal-free' ice-cream by placing the copper-pan in a bowlful of crushed ice - the results are FAR BETTER than any ice-cream machine. I love it so much, I asked for another pan for Christmas, so the collection has started! Thank you Falk - you've taken my cooking to new heights. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL!
