This 18 cms saucier is a little beauty and is now a firm friend in my kitchen, 6 weeks old and getting nicely seasoned. Produces a perfect sauce, beautifully cooked with no rapid boiling patches or sticking, and cleans easily too. I have 'uhmmed and aahhed' for years over the benefits of copper pans - but no more - I'm well and truly converted. P.S. does a mean porridge as well!
