Classical Range 18cm Copper Saucier Pan with Cast Iron Handle

"I use it every day."

This is the perfect pan for pasta sauce for two-three people in the evening and scrambling three to four eggs in the morning. The inner surface is super easy to clean and the outer copper requires no fussing. If I have any trouble cleaning the inside, filling the pan with some soapy water for an hour always does the trick. Simple. I highly recommend this pan, and all Faulk products generally.

"Perfect for delicate sauces"

This is my first (but hopefully not the last) Falk pan I have bought. The finish is excellent and it works like a charm. I have made both Bearnaise and Hollandaise sauce in it and because of the copper you can really feel the temperature on the side of the pan. It is so much easier to prevent overheating and thereby breaking the emulsion. This will be my goto pan for for the delicate sauces containing butter emulsions!!!

"Trying my first Falk pan"

First I tried boiling water in this and a similar sized steel pan - the bubble pattern is noticeably different, maybe there is something beneficial to be gained from using copper pans, other than good looks. I think I can detect a difference from my use of the pan but it may just be my bias. After about a years use the pan still appears new, without much fuss involved at the sink. It looks very nice on a shelf in my average sized kitchen which is now due for an extension to accommodate a few more of these pans - well I wouldn't wan't to have to put them in a cupboard...

A joy to use. The wight and balance gives it wonderful stability allowing you to stir with confidence that it wont move. The curved base made cleaning the base and corners easy as did the non stick surface; the sauce residues wiped off with no effort. I can't wait to use it again!
