This is a stew pan. Or is it?
I bought it as a larger version of my beautiful saucier.
I love the construction which is mostly copper. The heat transfer is amazing allowing very fine control.
I use it for so many things. The curved sides allow easy movement of the contents whether frying, stewing or almost anything else.
It is heavy, but that shows the quantity of material in it.
I expect my grandchildren to hand it down to theirs. This is not a cheap, disposable pan but an investment which could improve your cooking results.
Falk are not the same as some other copper-looking pans than have a much thicker steel part. These are beautiful traditional copper pans that work as expected.
